0227: Welker takes the handoff on the reverse and picks up another New England first down. Ball at the 46 of New England.

0224: Brady hits Woodhead out of the backfield and he gets all the way to the 32-yard line. Gain of 19.

0222: Brady takes over at his own 8. Almost sacked inside the 5 on first down. Just gets his pass away, falls incomplete.

0220: Manning looks for Manningham, tightly covered by Moore, who bats it away. Giants furious, want an interference call. Coughlin doing a great Sir Alex Ferguson impression (#hairdryer). No call though. Pats will get the ball back.

0218: Manning has to take a timeout. Giants have 3rd and 5 at the New England 39. 9:35 remaining in Super Bowl XLVI.

0204: First turnover of the game as Brady somehow evades the rush and throws deep for Gronkowski. Ball a little underthrown though and Chase Blackburn picks it off. Start with the ball deep in their own territory.

0158: Brady hits Branch for a first down. Ball just outside the Patriot 30.

0154: Brady by the way landed badly on his left shoulder on that sack on the last Patriot drive. Doesn't look too happy. Meanwhile Bradshaw stopped cold on 2nd and 8. Huge third down play coming up for New York.

0153: Giant offense nicely in sync here. Pascoe picks up another first down, hauls in a Manning pass and takes it to the New England 11.

0152: Jacobs batters his way up the middle for 7 on first down. And then gets 3 more for a first. Ball at the New England 23.

0151: Nicks collects a Manning pass, collects a first down but then has the ball stripped. Giants recover. Big break.

0129: Now Brady hits Hernandez over the middle and he fights his way into the endzone. Twelve-yard scoring pass, and Gostkowski's PAT pads the New England lead to 17-9. Back-to-back scoring drives of 96 and 79 yards for the Pats. Brady has completed 15 consecutive passes - another Super Bowl record.

0050: Brady has all day on 3rd down and hits Woodhead with a four-yard scoring pass. Caps a superb 96-yard scoring drive that ties the longest in Super Bowl history. Gostkowski's kick gives New England a 10-9 lead.

2349: Manning hits Cruz for first-down yardage but he then has the ball stripped out. Pats recover but they had 12 men on the field, huge mistake. Penalty makes it first and goal Giants. Bradshaw picks up 4 on first down, to the New England 2.

2349: Manning hits Nicks to the 11 on second down - will bring up 3rd and 3. Crucial down coming up.

2347: Manning hits Bear Pascoe for another Giant first down - at the New England 18. Pats winning the yardage battle 86-0 so far...

2346: Now Eli hits DJ Ware on first down, and Ahmad Bradshaw gets the carry on the next play and tiptoes down the sideline for 24 yards. Giants moving the ball well early.

2345: Henry Hynoski catches a pass from Eli, and then breaks a tackle to rumble for 13 and a Giant first down. Manning 5 of 5 so far.

2344: Patriots special teams hit back. Giants to start from around their own 22.

2341: Not a good start for Brady. Under pressure from Justin Tuck, throws deep downfield from his endzone. No receiver in the vicinity, intentional grounding called. Safety and the Giants lead 2-0.

2339: Great punt, downed at the New England 6 and Brady will come out for the first time, throwing from his own endzone.

2338: Eli sacked on third down, second time in three plays. Giants will punt. Promising drive stalls.

2337: Patriot defense stiffens. Bring down Eli on first down, then stuff Bradshaw on second. Third and long coming up.

2336: Manning hits Hakeem Nicks for 19 - Giants move into New England territory at the 33.

2321: Right people, prediction time. Has to be the Giants for me - fancied them at 33/1 before the playoffs started, didn't go through with it (total idiot). Front seven again the key, as they were in 2008. They put enough pressure on Brady and Eli again comes through in the clutch moments. Giants by 4 for me.
