Hull utility forward Liam Kent has been rewarded with a new two-year contract after a string of promising performances during his maiden Super League season.
The 22-year-old, who joined Hull from amateur club West Hull, has impressed coach Peter Gentle since making his Super League debut against Bradford in March and has appeared in four of their last six matches.
"Liam has worked tremendously hard over the last few months and is looking to make significant strides in his game," Gentle said.
"He had a chance whilst we had a few bodies missing and he has taken it with both hands and given us enough of an indication to suggest he is a player we can develop and nurture."
