Hodgson: Misses the England game

Hodgson: Misses the England game

Exiles coach Daniel Anderson has been forced to make two last-minute changes to his side ahead of the meeting with England.

The headline omission is injured full-back and captain Brett Hodgson, while Catalan's Setamaita Sa has also been ruled out.

As a result, Hull KR full-back Shannon McDonnell has been drafted straight in to the starting line-up, while Huddersfield's David Fa'alogo moves from the bench to the back of the pack.

Wigan's Epalahame Lauaki now fills the bench instead of taking on 18th man duties, while Widnes wing Patrick Ah Van has been added to the squad as cover.

Thomas Leuluai will now captain the side. He served as a deputy to Danny Buderus in last year's inaugural fixture.

Exiles team: Shannon McDonnell, Joel Monaghan, Iosia Soliola, Daryl Millard, Francis Meli, Thomas Leuluai, Scott Dureau, Tony Puletua, Lance Hohaia, Jeff Lima, Willie Manu, Trent Waterhouse, David Fa'alogo; Replacements: David Faiumu, Anthony Laffranchi, Antonio Kaufusi, Epalahame Lauaki; 18th Man: Patrick Ah Van.
