Fau Filise: Has made 130 appearances for the Blues

Tonga prop Fau Filise has become the latest player to commit to the Cardiff Blues.

Filise, who played at the 2007 and 2011 World Cup, has followed Wales winger Alex Cuthbert in agreed a new deal.

Filise has made 130 appearances for the club since joining from Bath in 2006, going on to with the EDF Trophy and Amlin Challenge Cup titles.

Blues director of rugby Phil Davies said: "I am delighted that the Blues have managed to retain a player of Fau's quality for the forthcoming season.

"He has shown over a number of years how valuable he is to the team and to have someone of his experience will be a huge asset next season back at the Arms Park.

"He, I'm sure, will help bring on the youngsters as we aim to build for the future."
