Kris Burton: Kicked 20 points

Fly-half Kris Burton kicked 20 points to guide Italy to a 25-16 victory over Canada in Toronto.

The Azzurri came from 13-9 behind at half-time as Burton's six penalties and a converted try from Tommaso D'Apice saw them home.

Conor Tranior's try and two James Pritchard penalties gave the hosts the advantage at the break, with three Burton kicks keeping Italy in the contest.

Burton reduced the deficit to one with another penalty before D'Apice's try put them 19-13 ahead.

Pritchard closed the gap to 19-16 with another three-pointer, but Burton's boot put paid to any hopes of a comeback.
