Rob Lewis: Will be teaming up with Cardiff Blues

London Welsh's Rob Lewis has secured a move to Cardiff Blues ahead of next season.

The former Wales Under-20s scrum-half came through the junior ranks at the Dragons, going on to make 17 appearances before joining the Exiles.

The 24-year-old appeared 80 times for Welsh, helping the club secure promotion to the Aviva Premiership.

And Blues director of rugby Phil Davies said: "We welcome Rob Lewis to the Cardiff Blues and he will provide us with more options at scrum-half.

"He is an exciting young player and joins us following a successful season with London Welsh."
