Sara Errani: Saw off top seed Roberta Vinci
Sara Errani and Flavia Pennetta both came out on top of one-sided matches to set up an all-Italian final at the Abierto Mexicano Telcel.
Errani, ranked No.3 in Acapulco, caused a minor upset as she beat top seed and compatriot Roberta Vinci 6-4 6-1
It was slightly more straightforward for Pennetta as the second seed overcame fourth-seeded Irina-Camelia Begu 6-2 6-2.
Pennetta will now fancy her chances having won three of her four previous matches against Errani.
