Wozniacki: Won at Eastbourne in 2009

Former world number one Caroline Wozniacki will compete in next month's AEGON International at Eastbourne.

The official entry list for the pre-Wimbledon grasscourt event was published on Thursday and the 2009 champion's name was on it.

World number three Agnieszka Radwanska heads the field, while Vera Zvonareva, ranked 10th, has also confirmed she will play, meaning five of the world's current top 10 are due to play.

The other members of the top 10 who will compete are reigning Wimbledon champion Petra Kvitova and 2011 Eastbourne winner Marion Bartoli, both of whom had already declared their intention to play.

The men's field will be led by world number 18 Richard Gasquet. Rising Australian star Bernard Tomic, a quarter-finalist at Wimbledon in 2011, is also included.

Tournament director Gavin Fletcher said: "The standard at the AEGON International has always been very high and this year will be no different.

"Both draws look really strong and I'm sure they will deliver some world-class tennis which the Eastbourne public can enjoy."

The tournament gets under way on June 17.
