
Agnieszka Radwanska ended Simona Halep's hopes of winning a maiden WTA title with a straight-sets win in the final of the Brussels Open.
The pair exchanged several breaks of serve in the opening set, before world number three Radwanska claimed the crucial break in game 12.
The 23-year-old Polish top seed then ran away with the second set to seal a 7-5 6-0 win in one hour and 24 minutes.
Romanian 20-year-old Halep, who is ranked 49th in the world, was contesting her first tour final.
